To return a product to
Technical
Innovations, you'll need to contact us and request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by email to
service@clouddetection.com,
or by telephone.

We'll need the following information to authorize your
return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item identification
- Nature of the problem
In general,
Technical Innovations
accepts returns on merchandise (in re-saleable condition) for
a complete refund within
30
days. However, Technical
Innovations
reserves the right to authorize product returns
beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted
after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the
following:

FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

A FULL CASH REFUND
- PRO-RATED CASH REFUND
- ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON
RETURNED ITEMS. Customers
are also responsible for all shipping charges back to
Technical Innovations
on returned items.
